I have been a Special Education Teacher for 28 years. During that time I have worked with students ages 3-21 with various disabilities (AU, OHI, DD, OI, ID, Severely/Profoundly handicapped, MU, LD,etc). I believe children learn best when they are actively participating in a lesson.
